Hawks in Flight

This is a collection of photos of some of the raptors you are likely to see at Derby Hill Bird Observatory over the duration of a season. These are stock photos taken at other, often distant, locations and some are not in the species’ Spring plumage. If you have a photo of a raptor taken at Derby Hill we would love to display it on this page. We can offer you a credit and a thank you. We are particularly interested in finding a photos of Goshawk, Cooper’s Hawk, Sharp-shinned Hawk, Red-tailed Hawk and American Kestrel.
