Order Deadline: May 8.
Pick Up Dates: Saturday. May 18, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sunday May 19, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Unlike our fall plant sale, this is a preorder-only sale. Pre-order plants from the following list and then pick them up and pay for them on May 18 or 19. If it’s impossible for you to pick them up on these dates, you can make arrangements to pick them up later that week. Payment is by cash or check. The pick-up site is in Westvale.
The perennials, grasses and vines will be $6 or $8 depending on whether they are in 4” pots or 6” pots. The tree and shrub prices are listed.
NOTE: Occasionally the demand for a particular plant exceeds what our vendors can supply and orders are filled in the order in which they were received.

2019 Birdy Dozen
*For the past few years, Onondaga Audubon and Habitat Gardening in Central NY have compiled a list of bird-friendly native plants by adding a new “birdy dozen” each year. This year’s newly-added plants are designated in the above list with an asterisk.
You can download a pdf of the 2019 Birdy Dozen – Native Plants for Birds booklet here.
You can download the growing conditions for the 2019 Birdy Dozen plants here; the growing conditions charts for the previous years Birdy Dozen plants can also be downloaded from this website.
Native Plants for Birds is a joint project between Habitat Gardening in Central NY (hgcny.org) and Onondaga Audubon (OnondagaAudubon.org). Please visit our websites for photos of these plants, their growing conditions, and more information on creating a bird-friendly yard.
